This 1979 Hiwatt Custom 50 DR504 is celebrating its 42nd birthday this year and is only getting better with age. The DR504 features 50 watts of crystal clear headroom making it a perfect pedal platform. There are four ECC832 tubes in the pre amp section and two EL34s in the power section. The normal channel provides a warmer bass heavy tone while the bright channel is well, more bright. Jump them together for the best of both with the added benefit a master volume. Enhance your sound further with the EQ section of presence, bass, middle, and treble.
This DR504 has earned its wear and tear. The amplifier is fully functional and shows wear all around. Tears, dings, and rips in the tolex are present.
